Guest Instructor

YMAA Qigong Assistant Instructor & Taijiquan Assistant Instructor

In 2010, Frank began studying Taijiquan and Qigong as a visitor at the YMAA Retreat Center. A year later, he was accepted as a student in Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming's comprehensive full-time training program. Throughout the summers, Dr. Yang would host annual summer seminars at the Retreat Center, in which Frank would participate and assist in the teachings of various topics.

"Immersing oneself fully into the practice is a humbling experience."

Throughout the years, and with the much-appreciated support of his fellow senior students, Frank established a solid foundation in his practice and understanding of Taijiquan & Qigong.

"If one is led by example, and is willing to “listen,” the teachings are of immense value. Sharpening our awareness not only taps into the potential of profound connection to our own self, but also to our partners. We learn to speak in the “universal tongue” through building and using body language and mind-intent."

His passions lie in the practical application of the principles, concepts, and training components of the energy arts. He aims to enhance one’s life through sharing Qigong methodology and his enthusiasm for the practice. Frank is a disciple of Dr. Yang.
