Intro to Taijiquan
Small Group Online Sessions
Tailored for beginners with little or no experience.
In each session, we'll build the necessary foundation for your Taijiquan practice. We’ll go over drills designed to help you find your center, improve balance, and develop softness. Part 1 of the Yang-style Taijiquan Long Form will be introduced.
