Long Fist

長拳

(Cháng Quán)

Long Fist is a Northern style of Chinese martial arts. It specializes in mid to long-ranged fighting techniques.

Excelling in the use of the legs while only using the hands to block, parry, and set up for kicking, Long Fist requires the lower half of it's practitioner's body to be strong, flexible, and agile.

Developed in Northern China, where the terrain was solid and spacious, Long Fist has wider stances and includes a lot of hopping and jumping techniques.
