Healing Qigong - Digestion
Maintaining your digestive system is one of many critical factors in achieving a healthy and long life. This includes choosing the right foods, knowing when to eat, and your body’s ability to absorb nutrients and excrete waste smoothly.
The human digestive system involves several organs. In Chinese medicine, Qi imbalances in one organ can affect others and lead to illnesses. By understanding your organs’ functions and engaging in simple exercises, you can strengthen your digestive system and minimize issues.
In this webinar, you’ll learn:
The functions of the organs in the digestive system
Why the root of many illnesses begin in the liver and kidneys
Qi channels (meridians) of the organs
Qigong practices to maintain the functions of the intestines, liver, kidneys, and spleen
Qigong for illnesses such as constipation, diarrhea, gout, liver and kidneys' Qi imbalance
Seminar will be held on Zoom
