Internal Alchemy Chart

The Internal Alchemy Chart (or Neijing Tu, 內經圖) is a Daoist diagram of the human body illustrating internal alchemy (內丹), the five elements (五行), Yin and Yang, and Chinese mythology.

Do you know what these images represent?

  • A boy and girl working on a treadmill

  • Four Yin Yang symbols

  • A buffalo ploughing the earth

  • A Herd Boy with the Northern Dipper

  • Weaving Girl

  • Twelve-storied Pavilion

Learn about the images and poems and how they relate to Qigong meditation practices such as Embryonic Breathing and Small Circulation. This webinar will focus on theoretical discussion.
